We are currently offering free express shipping for orders above $100 or orders with a shipping destination to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Your parcel will be delivered within 5 business days after order confirmation. You can track your order here using your 10-digit tracking number that will be provided in our shipment confirmation email (eg. 912345677).
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries worldwide except North Korea and Russia. Currently, standard shipping is not available due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Customs and Import Duties
Sachelle Collective is NOT liable to any unforeseen charges, changes and delays such as strict customs policies and unexpected package inspections. We do not have any control over such circumstances and may, unfortunately, lead to delay your order's delivery time.
‘Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information’.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. If a package is held by customs or abandoned by the courier due to non-compliance of the buyer, Sachelle Collective will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Note: Should the buyer/receiver refuse to pay the charges and abandon the delivery, Sachelle Collective will deduct the corresponding fee from any refund due.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased because:

Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to the courier the goods will be released and delivered to you

What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.
