We understand if you are not satisfied with your order. We offer refunds or exchanges 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Due to hygiene matters, we are unable to accept refunds for earrings. Returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Sachelle Collective reserves the right to refuse a return in satisfactory conditions. Returns that are lost in transit/receive in poor conditions will not be accepted and the responsibility will be held by the customer. Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

What are the shipping rates in relation to returns?
