We are also offering free express shipping for all orders above $US120 to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico.

The health and safety of you and our communities around the world is our top priority. We'd like to give you some updates on the measures we’re currently taking:

Shipping and Delivery Update

We’re still shipping Sachelle Collective orders at the moment and our website will continue to remain online throughout this period. Please do expect delays in delivery and returns as we continue to clarify the restrictions on movement. Our couriers are taking lots of steps to follow the latest safety guidance by providing masks, gloves and sanitizers for their delivery drivers. They’ll also be offering contact-free deliveries, giving customers the option to have packages delivered to a safe place.

As we work with many different couriers around the world, they’ll also be following local guidelines for your region. If you’d like to find out more, please check with your local courier for more information. Our customer service team is here to help with any queries you may have during this time. Employee Safety

Making sure that our employees and their families are safe is our foremost priority. We’re helping all of our employees whose jobs allow them to work flexibly, to stay safe at home so that they can balance family and childcare responsibilities more easily. For our colleagues who are in the studio processing your orders, we’re taking extraordinary measures to protect their health and wellbeing.

Employees are able to have their temperature checked and we’re following strict hand washing and sanitizing guidelines. We’ve also rearranged our workspaces so that employees can spread out and make sure they have enough space between each other to practice social distancing.

Product Safety

From the factory floor to the delivery truck, we’re taking great care to make sure our employees and customers stay safe. Our factories, warehouses and distribution centers follow guidelines we have in place across all of our sites which meet the strictest global safety standards. If you’re ever concerned about any packaging, you should wipe it down with a disinfectant and wash your hands afterwards.

    Customs and Import Duties

    Sachelle Collective is NOT liable to any unforeseen charges, changes and delays such as strict customs policies and unexpected package inspections. We do not have any control over such circumstances and may, unfortunately, lead to delay your order's delivery time.

    ‘Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information’.

    Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. If a package is held by customs or abandoned by the courier due to non-compliance of the buyer, Sachelle Collective will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

    Note: Should the buyer/receiver refuse to pay the charges and abandon the delivery, Sachelle Collective will deduct the corresponding fee from any refund due.

    -You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased because:

    -Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.

    -When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

    -When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country), you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

    -To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in shortest possible time after entering your country or customs union, the courier pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods.

    -Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to the courier the goods will be released and delivered to you

    -What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.
