**According to Taiwan Customs, recipients of overseas parcels shipped to Taiwan must undergo a real-name authentication. To ensure a faster and smoother customs clearance process, we recommend customers to download the official 'EZ WAY' mobile application and provide a full Chinese name as the recipient during registration. Custom and Import Duties

• Sachelle Collective is not liable for any unforeseen charges, changes, or delays caused by strict custom policies and unexpected package inspections.
• Duties and taxes are charges imposed by the customs authorities of your country on imported goods.
• These charges are determined by customs officials based on factors such as the declared value, country of origin, and product category.
• Customs duties are calculated as a percentage of the declared value, while taxes are based on the value of the goods plus shipping cost.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with customs regulations and any associated fees.
• Customs authorities may require payment of duties and taxes before releasing the package for delivery.
• Please note that these charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost.
• If the buyer or recipient refuses to pay the charges and abandons the delivery, Sachelle Collective reserves the right to deduct the corresponding fee from any refund due.
